The Bespoke Raincoat Service online is a natural continuation of our Compact Store Initiative – a retail concept already redefining how garments are created and sold – each piece is made only when ordered, or delivered within 3 days if the item is already on stock in one of our flagships, allowing us to eliminate overproduction while offering customers greater freedom to personalize their coat.
