You are welcome to return any purchase within 30 days, for any reason.

Returns and exchanges are always free. Both delivery and return shipping are covered by us.
Other destinations
Shipping is EUR 10 / USD 10. Returns are free if you exchange for a different size, colour or style. If you choose a refund instead, EUR 40 / USD 40 will be deducted to cover return shipping.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email us at sales@norwegianrain.com with your name, order number, and a short note about why you are returning the item. (This helps us improve our service.)
- You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your product. Please follow the steps carefully to ensure a smooth refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped via DHL, using the return label and documents provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive your return:
- We will send you your replacement item in the case of an exchange, or
- We will refund your purchase amount to the same payment method used at checkout, with any applicable return fee deducted (if outside the free-return regions).
