Speedy delivery with DHL

Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email including all shipment details. Most orders are sent from Oslo, Norway.

All orders are sent with DHL Express and will be delivered to your delivery address or local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent by SMS when your package is on its way.

Expected delivery times:
Europe 1-3 days
Rest of the world 2-5 days

Taxes and duties

We do not charge local taxes (VAT) or import duties unless explicitly stated during check out. For time being taxes are only charged for deliveries within Norway.

Orders shipped outside Norway will be subject to import taxes,
customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

DHL is handling the payment of this amount by contacting you directly upon arrival.

Deliveries to EU
Expect to be invoiced for VAT plus a handling fee from DHL (approx 20 EUR).
No import tax expected.

Deliveries to USA
Expect to be invoiced duties and taxes when
order total exceeds USD 800,-

Deliveries to Norway
Prices are all-inclusive prices.
No extra fees apply.

Deliveries to any rainy destination not mentioned above
(a.k.a. “rest of the world”)
Import tax, custom duties depending
on rules in your country.

Return Policy – EXchanges & Refunds

You are welcome to return any purchase within 14 days, no matter the reason. Return shipping is free of charge for exchanges (i.e. when you swap for a new size, colour or style). For refunds we deduct EUR 40 to cover return shipping.

How to order return shipping?

1. Please send us an email ( with name, order number and a short description of why it will be returned (this will help us to improve our customer service upfront).

2. You will receive an email with detailed info on how to ship/return the product. It is very important to follow the instructions in order to get the full refund.

3. The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging.

4. The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be refunded unless a new product is chosen/or unless the return is due to an accepted complaint.

5. Goods must be returned using DHL as courier. It will be shipped on the account of Norwegian Rain and customer service will supply you with all necessary documents.

6. As soon as we have received your returned package we will send you the new coat or refund the amount of purchase minus EUR 40,- for return shipping. We will refund payment to the same credit card as used during purchase.


In case of pre-ordering an extended delivery time is expected. In such occasions the new expected delivery time is shown on the site of each product.
If we are out of stock you will be contacted within 2 days.
