We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

All orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Delivery is made to your address or local delivery point.

You will receive an SMS notification once your package is on its way.

Expected delivery times:
Norway: 1–2 days
Europe: 1–3 days
Rest of the world: 2–5 days

For pre-orders, extended delivery times may apply. Updated delivery estimates are shown on each product page.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 days.

Complimentary shipping.

Other destinations:
EUR 10 / USD 10 flat rate.

Taxes & Duties

EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, US, Canada and Japan:
Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. No additional charges upon delivery.

Other destinations:
Orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). Taxes, duties, and import fees are not included in the checkout price. These are charged by your local customs authority or shipping carrier upon delivery. Norwegian Rain does not cover these costs. Any taxes or duties from refused or unclaimed packages will not be refunded.

Returns – Exchanges & Refunds

Free returns and free exchanges.

Other destinations:
Free return shipping for exchanges. For refunds, EUR 40 / USD 40 will be deducted to cover return shipping.
